Join Areti for 2hours of Restorative Yoga this coming Sunday 5-7pm
This offering is open to all Genders.
Venue : Lovelight Temple in Margate, Qld.
We will journey through a sequence to support us as we transition into Autumn focusing on the Lungs & the Large Intestine to assist with letting go as we create more spaciousness in the body and mind whilst strengthening our immune system & calm the nervous system.
In this 2hour practice we surrender and turn our attention inwards whilst being supported by restorative props which are all provided.
Exchange is $35 for this 2hour offering.
Tickets are non refundable but can be transferred to another person.
