Join the man behind Two Metre Tall, Ashley Huntington, for an afternoon of his tall tales, his wild ales (plus a wild cider and a mead) and a board of Tassie cheese. Ashley’s spontaneously-fermented beers are world renowned for celebrating local ingredients - a lot from their own farm - and letting indigenous yeasts and bacteria do their thing over time.
