2nd Annual Color Run & End of Year Celebration

You're Invited!  PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE INVITATION!

Join us for the 2nd Annual Color Run/Walk & End of Year Celebration!  We are excited to combine these two events this year to give our students and families an even more amazing experience!

ITINERARY:

• 10:15-10:45 - Check in for Color Run/Walk
• 10:15-1:00 - Check in for End of Year Celebration
• 11:00 - Start of 5k Run/Walk
• 11:10 - Start of 1-mile Run/Walk
• 12:00 - Conclusion of Color Run/Walk
• 12:00 - Start of End of Year Celebration
• 2:00 - Conclusion of End of Year Celebration

COLOR RUN/WALK DETAILS: 

• You will be able to participate in a 5k or 1 mile run/walk!
  
  • This is a COLOR RUN/WALK - be sure to wear a white T-shirt so you can enjoy all the fun colors you will gain during the event!
    

• Families are encouraged to run with their students! Bring grandmas & grandpas, aunts & uncles, and cousins too!

• Spectators are also welcome and encouraged to bring colorful signs and noisemakers to cheer on our students! Teachers, Parents, Guardians, Friends - Please come add to the fun by cheering on our EPIC students!

END-OF-YEAR CELEBRATION DETAILS:

• There will be exciting activities for kids of all ages, including face painting, cornhole, checkers, Chess, 9 square, family friendly games, Epic Talent performers, and Epic Vendor booths with games and activities to name a few. Feel free to bring a blanket, sack lunch or purchase something from one of our food trucks and have a family picnic.

• Food trucks like The New York Dog House, Some Like it Tot, and Kona Ice will be on site for families to purchase food or drink items. Food trucks are not a part of the free portion of the event.

COST:  This is a FREE event with the exception of the food trucks that will have items for purchase and the link to order T-shirts.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE: Upon arrival, please check in with an Epic staff member who will be in the REGISTRATION TENT!

REGISTRATION PROCESS: Be sure to complete the entire Humanitix registration process, which will include filling out ALL requested information for EACH ticket! We must have your students information in order for them to participate.  Parents, please register yourself, each of your Epic students, and any guests.  You will need your student’s Epic ID number, grade, and learning model when signing up for this event.  This enables the school and the location to staff and plan appropriately.

Students cannot be dropped off to attend an event without a parent or guardian. 

MEDIA: This is a public event, and photographs and or video may be taken during the activity. If you would prefer that your student not be photographed or videoed, please let our Epic staff know during check-in.

CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation using your Humanitix confirmation email to free up spots for other students and their families!

INCLIMATE WEATHER PLAN: If we have inclement weather, we will send out communication by email through Humanitix to let you know of any changes. However, we plan to hold the race come rain or shine!
