Join us for a special brunch at Auckland's Hotel Britomart for an exclusive experience with Kirsten King of Fluidform. Fluidform is a global health and wellness platform, founded by Kirsten to connect with people around the world, to have a positive impact on their strength, confidence and wellbeing.
Connect with Kirsten and her unique Fluidform method, experience a signature 45-minute workout and breathwork session, followed by an open Q&A over a delectable and sustainably-focused lunch by Kingi.
Location. The Hotel Britomart, within the heritage precinct of downtown Auckland.

Time. Arrival from 10.30am for a 11am start. 1:30pm finish.
