Meeting point: TH7 West End, Brisbane (196 Montague Rd, West End QLD 4101)

Meeting time: 4:15pm

Start time: 4:30pm

Distance: 30 minute run - 15 minutes up, 15 minutes back

Route: Follow the river front highlighting Brisbane’s sights for 15 minutes before turning back.
