Join 2XU on the beach in Long Beach for a sunset stretch, live music and conversation designed to help you prepare to perform on race day.

Reset with a guided stretch session led by Fitness Trainer Sarah Michelle, then stick around for a Prepare to Perform panel covering fueling, recovery and mindset for race weekend. Not stretching? Come hang in the 2XU Refuel Lounge, relax by the beach and enjoy the music — all race participants are welcome.

Things to Know Before You Go

Bring your own mat - attendees will receive a complimentary mat towel for beachside flow
All attendees are entered for a Chance to win free entry into 2XU Long Beach Marathon 2027
Shake Out Stretch will be a low impact, guided mat stretch session by trainer Sarah Michelle
Prepare to Perform panel will discuss proper race day nutrition, race day mindfulness and the scientific benefits of 2XU compression
