Northcott is offering staff and customers and their carers COVID-19 vaccinations.

About this vaccination clinic

• A consent form must be prefilled before the clinic and presented to immunisation staff on the day
• Ensure accurate Medicare details with IRN (number next to your name) are included
• If you have any medical concerns or questions, please seek advice from your GP prior to consenting
• Please wear appropriate clothing for access to upper arm
• Please allow 15-minutes recovery time post vaccination
• Your second dose will be scheduled in approximately 21 days. We will send you the booking invitation in the coming weeks
