Exploring powerful embodied practices that you can take away and use to expand your erotic capacity, create more intimacy and connection in your life and access more sensation and pleasure. 3 Circles ritual provides a powerful opportunity to increase your sense of self-acceptance and love, as well as gain confidence in setting boundaries with others.

In this embodied ritual we will explore 3 states of being:

Stillness – the realm of being, holding space and witnessing;

Awakening – the realm of waking up the body – shaking and stretching, laughing and screaming, self-massage and dancing, breathing and self-pleasure;

Ecstasy – the realm of safe, consensual, communal erotic embodiment.

The 3 Circle structure embodies authentic consent.

Participants move freely and fluidly from one state to another allowing their own sexual energy to lead and guide them. Experience the freedom to be human and the deep intimacy that comes from a group erotic experience. This is a clothing optional workshop.

Please bring a sarong and a towel or 2 towels to lie on.

Most people experience this workshop as a gentle introduction, some experience it as challenging at times.

Who is this workshop for

Those seeking: Communication skills with partners in relation to sex and relating
deepened sexual connection with self and others
ways to access diverse and new forms of touch
and a stronger ability to articulate desires and boundaries.

This workshop is not for

People desiring explicit sexual activity.
People wanting a theoretical based activity.

Activities during the event will include

Some movement and stretching. Verbal discussion about yourself. Issuing requests, and saying ‘yes’ and ‘no’, giving feedback. Touch exercises that teach boundary-setting and communication. Touch exercises, that teach different styles of touch. Ritual space with music, dancing, spaces will be set up for space holding, self pleasuring and consensual sensual engagement, with encouragement to use all or none of the spaces as you feel comfortable.

You will be invited to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable in the moment.

Partnered Activities

Some of the activities are partnered for learning and practicing purposes, you may participate to your level of comfortability in the moment.

If you have a partner and you would like to work in the activities together, wonderful.

If you don't have a partner, you will have the opportunity to partner with someone from the group.

You will negotiate and communicate with your partner, your participation levels, which can change, and you are in total sovereignty of your being and body.

What to bring

Bring your curiosity, sarong, water bottle, pen and paper, easy to move in clothing and take on and off as the heating/ cooling of the room and your body needs.

Nudity

During the ritual activity there is possible nudity and clothing optional component, this is on an invitation basis and to your comfortability and body safety requirements in the moment.

Facilitators

Lorraine Pentello (CSB, EMDR)

Lorraine blends decades of experience working in the sex industry with trauma therapy, somatic sexology and bodywork. They specialize in working with the effects of pelvic pain and emotional trauma on sexual function. They have a practice based in Tarneit, working 1:1 with men, gender diverse folx and sex workers, both online and in person.

Myola Violet Woods (Somatic Sexologist, EMDR)

Award winning Myola Woods, is an Author, Certified Sexological Bodyworker, Somatic Sex Educator, International Intimacy & Sex Coach. Myola specialises in teaching individuals and couples the art of connection, creating and cultivating the choice of arousal, to deepen intimacy, sensation and pleasure … even if it has been a very long time!
