3 Day Animation and Filmmaking Workshop

When: Tuesday 1 October, Wednesday 2 October and Thursday 3 October, 1pm-4pm
Cost: FREE
Who: 12 -17 year olds
Where: Art Workshop, Wagga Wagga Art Gallery
Learn to produce a short film with 3D animations with proud Wiradyuri man Bernard Higgins, owner and principal creative of Birdyuland Animations. In this 3 day workshop participants will learn how to plan and edit a film using programs including Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve.
The first day will focus on filming and editing. Students will be filming in the main gallery and the glass gallery, as well as outside near the beautiful Wollundry Lagoon.
Day two will be an overview and lesson on Digital VFX and on on day 3 students will learn to use Unreal Engine to Create 3D environments. At the end of the 3 days, each participant will have created a short film to take home and the tools and knowledge to continue their animation journey,
