Who is the Head Coach facilitating?

Hello, I’m Head Coach – Andy Gomez and have been in the world of tennis for over 20 years. I’m a professional ATP, WTA and ITF Tennis Coach and Founder of Tennis Academy: Tennis United.

Being born and raised in Barcelona, Spain, I’ve had the privilege of growing up with Rafael Nadal.

I’ve coached internationally and currently call Melbourne home. I’m running a 3-hour tennis serving boot camp for a group of 8 x adults aged 18 years and above in the Melbourne CBD

Who is this boot camp for?

Any level from beginner to advanced wanting to learn the correct technique used by the pros
On average you play at least 1-2 times a month either for fun, socially or in casual local comps
You understand the theory of serving and you would like to: create more power, be more accurate and assert more overall aggressive play
You love tennis, are a tennis fan and are willing to keep improving.

What will I actually learn by the end?

Complete and correct principles of serving technique from beginning to end
Be able to serve with different spins
Understand how to generate more power
Be more aggressive on your serve.

When, where and how much?

1pm – 4pm on Saturday evening, 4 May, 2025
City Club Health and Fitness Centre ( Tennis court) 9th floor 123 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000
$150 per person (max 8 people)

Cost per person during the boot camp includes:

Tennis racquet (optional)
Tennis balls
Court hire
Bottle of water
Fruit and muesli bar

What if it rains on the day? We will monitor the chance of wet weather. If it is raining 2 hours prior to the boot camp we will notify all attendees via email and issue a full refund.
