3 O’Clock, Flagpole by Steve Pirie follows the story of a mutant octopus who attends school disguised as a human boy. The octopus wreaks havoc on a couple of students using secretive bullying techniques. Will he get away with it? Who is going to help those who have been targeted? How is all of this going to work out in the end?
