    Trauma Sensitive yoga (TSY) or Yoga for Trauma is a form of yoga that has flows and holds specifically with people who have PTSD or CPTSD in mind.

    While yoga is not a cure, it is a complimentary tool in shifting the felt sense.

    TSY focuses on the internal experience, and this shift encourages participants to listen to their body to inform decision making and a stronger sense of agency. Carly teaches a range of yoga classess, from private to community offerings.

    Carly is a registered psychologist with a special interest in trauma, and a 500 YTT registered with Yoga Australia.

    All abilities and ages welcome. Under 15's must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
