Last weekend can seem so long ago once you are fully into your Monday to Friday week. How much would you benefit from a quick midweek reset?

Your whole body will feel relaxed, your mind calm and your nervous system settled. We will gently step down through focussed breathing, state changing and body mind techniques into full relaxation.

By implementing these techniques at home you can hope for more enjoyment from the pleasurable things in life, better focus and sleep.

Make sure you are in a quiet, uninterrupted space to receive the full benefits from the session. And by all means your family and significant other are welcome to join in :)

This is an online event an email will be sent the day before with the zoom link.
