After a busy day meeting everyone else’s needs, join me, from the comfort of your own home, in some well deserved self care time for you!
In 30mins your stress and tensions will melt away and you will be left feeling nourished; loved and in abundance of clear energy.
Come as you are screens on or off, it’s up to you. You just need to be able to hear me and I do recommend headsets or airpods for a more immersive experience.
Each week the meditation journey is different but always with the intention of the term as its foundation energy.
This term the foundation energy that is woven through the meditation each week is ACCEPTANCE.

You will have time to reflect on practices or ideas that are serving you well in your life and are encouraged to implement them for that week.

Once paid your spot is secure and the zoom link will be emailed to you.
Each attendee will receive the meditation recording emailed to them with a password active for 7days following the session. You can listen to the recording as many times as you like over that week.
Even if you miss the session you have paid for the recording will be emailed to you, some people can never make the live session but still love receiving the recording as it’s such a valuable tool in their tool box during the week to keep themselves connected, clear and grounded.
