    Welcome and 314 Together We will start the day by welcoming everyone and introducing Euphoria Foundation and the 314 Movement. We will then do our first 314 activity together: 3 things we are grateful for 1 person or source of support 4 slow breaths

    Movement and dance - Workshop

    Anchoring Wellbeing is a restful movement workshop and a discovery, an invitation to arrive fully in your body and find stillness within it. No dance experience required. Through gentle, guided movement, participants explore everyday objects and simple gestures as anchors, returning attention inward before reaching outward to connect with others. Rooted in Butoh and trance practice, the session moves at the pace of breath rather than choreography, creating space to notice what usually goes unnoticed, in yourself, and in each other. This is a journey to be curious about.

    314 Wellbeing Walk - Workshop

    Join Ashley for a gentle community walk to Holden Park. This walk is about connection, not exercise. You can walk, talk with others or enjoy some quiet time outside. If walking is not right for you, you can stay at the venue and enjoy other activities.

    Kembot: Filipino Dance Workshop A joyful cultural movement activity that gets people participating together.

    Expansion of the Queer Heart - Workshop

    This ritual is titled Expansion of the Queer Heart and is an opportunity for queer folk to safely experience a connection to spirituality and ritual within a community setting. The intention is to bring awareness to the emotional journey of being a queer person and create an opportunity for integration, acceptance and authenticity.

    Henna and wellbeing - Workshop

    Learn about the history and cultural meaning of henna. You will also learn how art and creativity can support wellbeing. You can then make your own henna design. Places are limited to 15 people.

  • “Postcards in the Park” Workshop

    Shakti Mental Health Workshop “Postcards in the Park” is a relaxed, creative workshop. Participants decorate vintage South Asian-inspired postcards using colour, collage, stamps and simple illustration, then write a heartfelt message to someone special, a friend, or even themselves.

    Listen to people from the community share their stories and experiences.     Visit our community stalls throughout the day. Meet local artists, community organisations and groups, learn about support and services, and discover creative work. Stalls will include: AGMC - Australian GLBTIQ Multicultural Council Learn about LGBTQIAPN+ multicultural and multifaith communities, advocacy and community programs. Cheekee Stickees Find fun stickers, keychains, cards, magnets, tote bags and other creative gifts, with on-the-spot customisation available. Geelong Doodle Booth - Addison Kemp Get a quick, hand-drawn portrait and take home your own unique artwork. Euphoria Foundation Meet the Euphoria Foundation team and learn more about the 314 Movement, LGBTQIAPN+ wellbeing and ways to get involved. Kembot: Filipino Dance Workshop A joyful cultural movement activity that gets people participating together. Nishkwe Creates - Maddie Explore handmade jewellery, decorations and accessories created with cultural meaning, pride and joy. Maddie will also be fundraising to support her community. Our Point 3 A Not-for-Profit organisation, dedicated to supporting LGBTQIA+ International Students, Alumni, and Allies. Settlement Council of Australia Learn about settlement services and support for migrants and refugees across Australia, including housing, education, employment, health and community connection. Shakti Mental Health Shakti Mental Health is a social enterprise that advocates and supports the wellbeing of South Asian and multicultural community, at the festival we will have information about our programs, opportunities to volunteer, activations and resources. What Were You Wearing Learn about consent, healthy relationships and preventing sexual violence. Find out about their free healing groups and community work. Come along, have a chat, learn something new and connect with the community.

Community Speakers

Basem Kerbage

Basem is a human rights activist, queer rights activist, and founder of Queer Arabs Australia.

Basem has a background in not-for-profit, and is a fundraising professional. A vocal advocate for people, and especially queer people of the Middle East North Africa, especially those in Palestine and Lebanon.

Basem believes we do not get to pick and choose who has human rights, and that we are not free until we are all free.

Basem is also the recipient of the 2026 Euphoria Foundation, Founder’s Award, in recognition of his contribution to community.

Christina Chia MBA GAICD MAHRI

Christina is an award-winning senior executive and community advocate with more than 25 years of leadership experience across education, aged care, governance and community organisations.

She is passionate about inclusion, belonging and creating stronger communities. Christina will welcome everyone to the event and introduce Euphoria Foundation and the 314 Movement.

Dr Judy Tang OAM

Dr Judy Tang OAM is a Clinical Neuropsychologist, community advocate and leader in mental health, cultural diversity and equality.

She was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) in 2026 for her service to mental health, cultural diversity and equality. Judy works closely with LGBTIQA+, multicultural and multifaith communities.

Judy will lead the closing 314 Moment at the end of the day.

Feifei Liao

Feifei Liao is a Melbourne-based social entrepreneur, creative producer and community builder, and your MC for today.

Born in Sichuan, China, she moved to Melbourne as an international student and has spent the years since building spaces where others can belong.

She's the founder of Our Point 3, Victoria's first organisation led by and for LGBTQIA+ international students and migrants; founder of the multidisciplinary creative social enterprise Feifei Curiosity; and co-founder of BetterActs, building impact community and organisational sustainability.

A Victorian Multicultural Honour Roll inductee (2025), Feifei brings the same warmth, curiosity and storytelling instinct to the mic that she brings to every stage she builds.


Jaime Willoughby

Jaime is a Queer South African Ceremonialist, Somatic Sex Educator, Devotional Bodyworker, Drag King and Storyteller.

Their work focuses on helping people connect with their body, heart and sense of self.

Jaime will share a community story and lead the Expansion of the Queer Heart activity.


Jamal Hakim

Jamal is passionate about creating welcoming communities where people feel seen, supported and valued.

He brings experience in governance, leadership and community engagement and is committed to creating opportunities for people from diverse backgrounds to participate in community spaces.



Maria Dimopoulos MA

Maria Dimopoulos AM is a nationally recognised advocate for racial, gender and social justice, with more than three decades spent challenging the structures that determine who belongs, whose voice carries authority and whose life is pushed to the margins.

A Greek migrant and queer woman, she has made intersectionality central to her leadership as CEO of the Settlement Council of Australia and Chair of Safe and Equal.

Maria’s work insists that belonging is political: it requires more than celebrating diversity; it demands a redistribution of voice, power and possibility.


Mojdeh Kashani

Mojdeh is a journalist, digital content producer and storyteller with more than 15 years of experience across broadcast, digital media and community storytelling.

Her work explores culture, identity, migration, women's experiences and social issues, with a focus on sharing the stories of diverse and underrepresented communities.

Mojdeh will share a community story during the festival.


Silvia Renda OAM

Silvia Renda OAM is a respected leader in multicultural governance, public policy, and community advocacy, with experience spanning grassroots leadership, board governance, and policy reform. Having migrated to Australia from Portugal as a teenager and learned English in secondary school, Silvia brings lived experience of settlement and integration challenges. This perspective underpins her long-standing commitment to building belonging, equity, and representation for culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

She is the Founder and Chair of the Portuguese Australian Women’s Association, where she has advanced women’s leadership and strengthened the voice of the Portuguese-speaking women. Silvia has also contributed extensively to multicultural policy and advisory processes at state and regional levels and is a former Commissioner of the Victorian Multicultural Commission. She serves as a Councillor with the Portuguese Diaspora Council, strengthening ties between Portugal and its diaspora.

Professionally, Silvia is Chief Adviser and Head of Government Relations at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, where she supports government engagement and contributes to policy development and reform relating to financial regulation, consumer protection, and fairness. She has completed tertiary studies in law and legal studies and holds a Master in Conflict Resolution from La Trobe University.


Shelley Karpathakis

Craven Moorehead

Craven Moorehead is a Darug Buruberongal drag king bringing silliness, camp and a whole lot of fun to the stage.

Known for his steel-capped boots, studded heart and playful style, Craven brings drag, comedy and plenty of personality to every performance.

Eva Lista Fierce

Eva Lista Fierce is a Malaysian-born, Melbourne-based drag queen who has called Naarm home since 2017.

Expect glamour, drama and plenty of stage presence as Eva brings her fierce energy to the festival.

PanKoi

PanKoi is a Colombian-born, Mornington Peninsula-based trans singer-songwriter and music producer.

His music explores identity, mental health, disconnection and what it can feel like to be an outsider. For this festival, PanKoi will perform an intimate acoustic set, sharing songs in a more relaxed and personal style.

Ur Dad Daryl

Ur Dad Daryl is a Kanolu drag king bringing camp, chaos, retro style and plenty of fun to the stage.

Inspired by flamboyant pop stars of the 1970s and 1980s, Daryl is known for daggy dance moves, funky tunes and a playful sense of humour.

Wei

Wei is a Chinese-born, Brisbane-raised transmasculine and fluid BiPan+ singer who now calls the Mornington Peninsula home.

Singing has been an important part of Wei's mental health and happiness since childhood. Today, he will share a gentle acoustic performance, bringing songs, connection and a little ease to the festival.



Workshops and Activities

Kembot: Filipino Dance Workshop

Ever wondered what a Filipino dance party looks like?

Kembot means a cheeky little sway of the hips in Tagalog. In this fun workshop, you’ll learn a simple Filipino dance routine that everyone can enjoy.

No dance experience is needed. Follow along, have a laugh and enjoy moving together.

Learn about the history and cultural meaning of henna.

You will also explore how art and creativity can support wellbeing. Then you can create your own henna design.

This is a hands-on workshop and all materials are provided.

Places are limited to 15 people.

Join us for a free community festival celebrating culture, connection and belonging.

The 314 Multicultural Community Festival brings together people from many different cultures, backgrounds and identities to share food, music, stories, performances and community activities.

Everyone is welcome.

Whether you are coming on your own, with friends or with family, we invite you to spend the day connecting with others in a friendly and inclusive space.

The festival is presented by Euphoria Foundation and celebrates the diversity of Victoria's communities, including LGBTQIAPN+ people from multicultural backgrounds.

Throughout the day you can also learn about the 314 Movement, a simple daily wellbeing practice based on:

Holden Street Neighbourhood House is wheelchair accessible, with good access for people with mobility needs.

If you have access requirements, including mobility, sensory, hearing, communication or other support needs, please let us know when booking or contact us before the event. We will do our best to support you and help make your experience comfortable and accessible.

The festival will include:

  • Step-free access where possible

  • A quiet space for people who need a break

  • Volunteers available to help

  • Auslan interpreting available, 11am to 2pm

  • Arabic interpreting available, 11am to 2pm

  • Mandarin interpreting will be available through a volunteer interpreter who will also be supporting other aspects of the event, so interpreting support will be available on a limited basis throughout the day.

Photos and videos may be taken during the festival to help share the impact of the event and promote future community activities.

If you do not want your photo taken, please let one of our volunteers know when you arrive. We will do our best to respect your preference.

  • Is this therapy or counselling?

    No. This is a peer-led community space, not a clinical service or crisis support.

  • What is the 314 check-in?

    It’s a simple grounding practice: 3 gratitudes, 1 support, 4 breaths. We’ll guide you through it at the start.

  • Is it free?

    Yes. Tickets are free, with an optional donation if you’d like to support Euphoria Social.

  • What if I can’t stay the whole time?

    That’s completely fine. You can join late, leave early, or step away at any point.

  • What if I need support during or after?

    This is not a crisis service. If you need urgent support, please contact 000 or a local support service in your area.

  • What is the 314 Movement?

    The 314 Movement is a peer-led mental health initiative for LGBTQIAPN+ communities by Euphoria Social.

    It aims to:

    Reduce stigma around mental health
