WorldBeat Center’s 33rd Earth Day Celebration
Sunday, April 20 | 12PM–7PM
Healing Garden opens at 11AM

Free event, RSVP encouraged

This Earth Day, we invite the community to “rise together as one” in unity, healing, and action.  

Our planet, our food, and our health are threatened by the impact of conventional living—but the power to create change lies in our collective hands. WorldBeat Center’s Earth Day Celebration is a free, family-friendly gathering that highlights cultural expression, environmental education, and holistic wellness.

Cultural Showcases:

– Brazilian Samba by Super Sonic Samba
– Native American blessing and drumming by Tim Red Bird and the Red Warriors
– Earth Poetry by Jonnierenee Nia Nelson

Ethnobotany Sanctuary Garden Activities:
– Community seed swap
– Guided garden tours
– Compost workshops
– Plant Spirit Meditation and Tea Tasting with herbalist Cindy Saylor (11AM meet outside the garden)
– Wellness healing modalities by local practitioners
– Children’s art and craft activities
– Garden plant sale featuring heirloom and medicinal plants
