We ask that you arrive ten minutes prior to your event session and sign in, either with one of staff or via QR code. You are asked to wait outside in the designated area, ensuring social distancing takes place.

If you are waiting for a second event session, we ask that you do this either in your car or offsite. You are not permitted to linger around the hall or the school. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused, but need to put these restrictions in place to keep everyone safe.

As a result, all attendees, including parents, must:

be free of any flu-like symptoms
ensure social distancing of 1.5 metres between non-household members is observed.
sign in using the external visitors form or QR Code.
remain seated at all times.
use hand sanitiser when entering the event
leave promptly at the conclusion of the event.
