Join us for a 3k or 5k beginners run & walk activity happening over two dates.

📍 Location: Bicentennial Park. Australia Ave, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127

🕒 Time: 8am - 10:30am

Whether you're a seasoned sprinter, a casual jogger, or you’re just looking for a splash of fun, this event has something for you. Lace-up your sneakers and get ready to sweat! We're also encouraging socialising after the run with breakfast/brunch. Join us at Waterview Cafe in Bicentennial Park after the run to mingle and enjoy a delicious meal. It's a great way to connect with fellow participants and make new friends. We promise it'll be worth your time.

What to expect:
- Short briefing before the start of the run.
- Brief warm-up sessions and tips from experienced runners to prepare everyone for the run.
- Choice of 3k or 5k run and sweat.
- Strava will be used to record run time/distance.
- Inclusivity and a supportive environment for everyone to participate regardless of their running experience.

- Socialising after the run at breakfast/brunch.
