Instructors Amaya and Kenzie will lead two separate sessions of all ages, Vinyasa style yoga.

While the market is in full motion, take a step into an enclosed storefront to move with others in a semi-private but welcoming setting.

Movement by Amaya is honored to be trusted in guiding your movement and wants to show reciprocity by offering multiple free yoga classes.
Donations are not necessary but gladly appreciated.

No experiences necessary, both instructors provide modifications and beginner friendly guidance.
