Take a step towards a healthier and more active lifestyle with our FREE walking program.
This is a free, non-competitive walk for anyone in the community. Set out over a 3km route, the course is completed once a week for 5 weeks. This weekly walking group focuses on movement, wellbeing and social connection.

Each Thursday we’ll meet at Harry Sawkins Park (opposite Peckish on the Park cafe) at 09.30am. From there, we’ll enjoy a 3km walk, along the Shoalhaven River walking track and returning back to our start point.

Enjoy the chance to meet new people and chat with our friendly health promotion officers and volunteers. Morning tea will be provided at the conclusion of the walk.

Things to Remember:

Please bring a water bottle and hat
Parking and toilets are available at Harry Sawkins Park
Hot drinks and light snacks provided at the end of the walk!
