This workshop is dedicated to teaching participants to leaning how to draw and paint portraits that are expressive and exciting and unlock artistic potential. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, this workshop is designed to guide you through the fascinating world of creating contemporary, fun portraits of yourself, friends, and family.
Throughout the day, you'll engage in structured projects that make learning to draw faces enjoyable and accessible with easy-to-follow techniques. The workshop will consist of several instructor-led demonstrations to teach how to integrate collage and vibrant colours into mixed media artworks, adding an extra layer of creativity to your portraits.
No matter your skill level, everyone is welcome to participate in this inclusive and engaging workshop. Suggestions listed below are my tips if buying new, pleases feel free to bring what you already have that’s similar and or better-quality supplies including paper if you have.
Please a selection of portrait images of yourself, family, and friends. Fine to stick with self-portraits for the whole day.
1.Ink pen or Artline black marker
2.Glue - Matisse Polymer Matt Varnish - 250ml
3. 2 x ink colour (colour of your choice - tip keep it bright, not dark browns or blacks, suggest 50ml Art Spectrum or similar

4. Acrylic paint - Matisse structure formula acrylic paint intro set or similar (mini intro set of 5 x 12ml)
5. Sketch Pad – A3 cartridge paper – suggest Quill Premium or similar
