Katyayani of Heart Medicine Journeys is visiting Christchurch from Golden Bay and invites you for a beautiful evening of relaxation, self care & deep healing. As we head towards the time of the Dark Moon, it is a potent time to journey within, to reflect, to surrender & release. Held with great reverence by your facilitator Katyayani who is a natural, intuitive sacred space holder and creates a safe container for your journey. Katyayani guides you through a chakra meditation & deep relaxation sound bath in shavasana to the sacred sounds of the crystal singing bowls & chakra chimes. Both are attuned to 432 hertz, the harmonic of nature and of Mama Gaia.

As our bodies are crystalline in structure, they are receptive to deep healing on all levels through sound therapy. As you surrender to the vibrations, your body will be cleansed, balanced & recalibrated.

ARRIVAL:

Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony starts at 6pm - please arrive 10-15 minutes beforehand to settle in

Crystal Sound Bath starts at 7pm - please arrive quietly 10 mins beforehand and wait in the foyer until you are welcomed inside, in case we are still in session.

WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat, blanket, cushion or anything else that will ensure your comfort during the session. Bring a water bottle & ensure you are well-hydrated.
