48 Hour Laugh-A-Thon: Let's Get Weird Late Night Open Mic
Event description
Craving something a little… weirder? Then crawl out of your comfort zone and into the dimly lit embrace of Let's Get Weird, the late-night open mic just for the 48 Hour Laugh-A-Thon.
At Let's Get Weird, we'll throw open the doors to a crucible of creativity, where seasoned performers and nervous newbies alike unleash their most bizarre, untested, and utterly unique acts. Expect the unexpected: spoken word poetry that bends reality, musical performances that defy genre, stand-up that's more "sit-down and contemplate your existence."
Let's Get Weird isn't your grandma's open mic. It's a space for artists to push their creativity, for audiences to embrace the delightfully strange, and for everyone to experience the thrill of the unknown. Come for the potential masterpieces, stay for the glorious trainwrecks, and leave with stories you won't be able to tell anywhere else. Just be prepared: things might get a little… experimental.
