For 4 weeks before the end of the year and before the festive/silly season (officially) begins, we are challenging ourselves to lock in, to celebrate the year of movement that has been, and to set our personal goals and intentions for the year ahead. A reflect and reset challenge! 4Before is not about seeing and achieving physical results, but has instead been created with the intention of focusing on mental, emotional, social/community and self-reflective benefits. In the spirit of the festive season, we have 4 weeks to give thanks for the year that has been and for the version of ourselves this year has brought, whilst also celebrating the year ahead and setting intentions for our future 2026 selves.

How will it be modelled?

Because of the wonderful feedback that the Power project challenge received , the structure of the 4Before challenge will be the same - based off of a self-facilitated/accountability modelwhere you will have three fitness levels to choose from when partaking in each of the workouts and training exercises. Throughthe support of an online community, each challenge participantwill be invited to join an exclusive challenge page on FB where they will have access to all challenge related information and resources. At the end of challenge event, one individual will be selected to win an 8 week (silver) 1:1 PT home program, based offthe following self reflective factors and criteria shown throughout the challenge:

How is it Festive inspired?

The challenge has been created to incorporate a series of festive inspired themes, activities AND an extra special end of challenge event (CONSCIO FIT Christmas celebration - exclusive to challenge participants only)!

12 tailored strength, power and conditioning workouts
2 community sessions
1 community celebration event (paid for)
