Somatic + Breathwork Journey is a multidimensional experience that combines somatic movement with conscious connected breathwork and more!

We begin with setting the intention with some light journal work and affirmation work. Then, we tune into the body, incorporate movement to start allowing the nervous system to release, and then we breathe! The work is accompanied by aromatherapy, hands on energy healing, and a musical and sound healing experience. We end with a long Savasana with a soothing sound bath to process whatever came up during the breathwork (because a lot may come up!) and a guided meditation to help integrate.

If you're ready for a shift, and ready to let go of all the old patterns that are no longer serving you, then this is the therapy for you.

When we make the conscious decision to put in the work towards healing, we create space for more of what we desire for our lives.

Yoga mat - blanket - eye cover/pillow - journal - and any pillows necessary for your comfort while laying down on the ground.

Note that it is not recommended to have a large pillow underneath the head to allow the airways to be open for best practice. If neck support is necessary, it is recommended to have a small neck pillow or a rolled up towel.
