AUGUST: THE TRADITION EXCHANGE.
Some traditions are loud.
Some are quiet.
In many of our cultures, love isn't always said out loud.
Sometimes it's a bowl of fruit left on the table.
Sometimes it's everyone gathering around for the same meal, year after year, without needing to ask why it hasn’t changed.
Sometimes it’s watching the same film for Christmas, or never starting your cleaning without a good playlist.
Traditions remind us where we've come from.
This month, we're sharing the traditions that have shaped us—whether they're cultural, religious, family-made, or something small you've created yourself.
The evening follows a familiar Mindful Meets flow:
☕ Quiet time to settle in, read, meditate, or simply unwind
💬 Social time with relaxing conversation, collaborative activities and simple ice breakers
🍽️ And then….boodle fight / karaoke / gratitude sharing
$55pp - Includes full experience from 5.30 - 9pm.
Limited to 20 seats only. All dietaries are welcomed. Drinks purchased separately.

- This is a no refund policy event, so please ensure you can commit to the date/time before registering.

- Who is this event for?
Our events are always open to all ages. However, anyone below 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian, and they would each require a ticket for entry to the venue/event.
