Expand your horizons and journey the globe with our Chief Mixologist, Seb Reaburn.
This masterclass will look at the weird and wonderful cocktails that changed the world over the last 100 - 150 years.
We'll go back in time visiting NYC in the 1870's, explore drinks through a post war lense, put our disco pants on for some good times and finish with an Australian icon.
Each of the five drinks will be mixed in front of you, paired with a fascinating story and served as a mini cocktail for you to enjoy.
