Event description

Join SalamaTea for a unique cooking class to make a Persian feast, taught by SalamaTea's very own cafe manager Mahnaz! This class will be a three-hour hands-on learning experience, providing the chance for deep connection, storytelling, listening and delicious food!

The feast will include:

  • Boraani spinach
  • Sangak bread
  • Saffron Sharbat
  • Soy Lubia Polow
  • Zereshk Polow w/ chicken
  • Salad with a persian style dressing
  • Ranginak for dessert with Persian shamshiri tea
