Join SalamaTea for a unique cooking class to make a Persian feast, taught by SalamaTea's very own cafe manager Mahnaz! This class will be a three-hour hands-on learning experience, providing the chance for deep connection, storytelling, listening and delicious food!
The feast will include:
- Boraani spinach
- Sangak bread
- Saffron Sharbat
- Soy Lubia Polow
- Zereshk Polow w/ chicken
- Salad with a persian style dressing
- Ranginak for dessert with Persian shamshiri tea
