5 Drivers Workshop

In this hands-on workshop, participants will work through a proven two-step process to cut through the noise and find out exactly where to focus for the next 90 days, to grow their business.

We'll start with The 5 Driver Prep Sheet™, a diagnostic that scans across 15 key areas of the business (from hidden assets and lead generation to pricing, referrals, and systems) to surface hidden gaps and untapped opportunities.

From there, we'll move into The 5 Drivers, where participants distill everything they've uncovered down to their Top 5 Business Drivers, the specific things that most impact their growth right now. Each driver gets rated for current performance, and then we go one step further: narrowing those 5 down to the critical 3 to focus on, with a clear, simple strategy for improving each by the end of the next 90 days.

Participants leave with clarity, not just ideas, a short, focused action plan they can start using immediately.
