5 Element Qigong is a mindful movement practice that restores the free flow of Qi (vital energy) and brings balance to the joints, muscles, tissues, organs, and meridians of the body.

In this course you will learn five animal forms, related to the 5 elements of Chinese Medicine: Wood, Earth, Fire, Metal, and Water.

Each form combines flowing movement, dynamic stretching, breath and intention. Each targets a different organ of the body, meridian and emotion, bringing balance to the whole system and helping you to feel great!

Qigong can be practised by anyone, as the movements can be modified to your individual needs. Let me know about any injuries and health conditions and we can create a practice that will work for you. 

5 Element Qigong is a powerful practice for optimum health, focus, mobility, strength and emotional balance.
