What is Qigong?
Qigong is a 5000-year-old science of human potential. The practice consists of deep, dynamic movements to stretch and strengthen the body, coupled with meditation and breathing techniques. It can help:

What will I learn in this course?
In this 5 Element Qigong course you will learn five animal forms, related to the 5 elements of Chinese Medicine: Wood, Earth, Fire, Metal, and Water.
Each form combines dynamic movement, stretching, breath and intention and targets a different organ of the body, meridian and emotion.
5 Element Qigong is a powerful practice for optimum health, focus, mobility, strength and emotional balance.
