This is a fun, interactive and educational workshop series where we explore 5 elements theory of Chinese medicine through the lens of movement, discussion and exchange of some basic bodywork gestures.

What you will learn

How the elements influence our daily life
10 key acupressure points for clearing blockages
Some gentle Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork gestures
A simple overview of meridian pathways and organs associated with each element
Key body stretches to balance each element.
