Perfect if you’re new to woodworking and keen to build your confidence.
Join The ReCreators for a fun and practical 5 week circular woodworking course running every Saturday. You’ll grow your skills with hand and power tools while working on a range of small projects in a supportive environment.
What you’ll cover:
Week 1: Power tools basics including sanders, drill, impact driver and jigsaw
Week 2: Using the electric planer and thicknesser
Week 3: Getting confident with the drop saw
Week 4: Introduction to the table saw
Across the course you’ll work on different builds and learn how to choose and follow simple plans. We suggest browsing [www.anawhite.com](http://www.anawhite.com) for project ideas and inspiration.
Important information:
Please wear closed toe shoes and fitted clothing suitable for woodworking.
Old clothes are best.
Some activities may take place outdoors, so bring a hat and sunscreen if needed.
For health and safety reasons, children cannot attend with parents.
You must arrive on time for the health and safety briefing at the start of the first session to take part.
Bring your own water bottle, snacks and lunch.
Pine is included in the course cost. Native timbers are available from week 2 to 5 for an additional charge.

Important Notes
Parking: please note that we have parking available just inside the gate at Chamberlain Rd. Please do not drive past the gravel and onto the concrete area.
