Join us for a 5 week journey into yoga and meditation with Michelle at the Nambour Yoga Centre.
Each class incorporates a different theme to explore including establishing presence, better balance and stability, greater flexibility and an introduction to yoga philosophy in daily life. The program is designed to assist anyone in starting their yoga journey and deepening their awareness and confidence in connecting with their body.

- Basic mindfulness techniques and establishing presence in your practice
- Foundations of creating stability in standing and balancing poses
- Principles of flexibility and how to safely create more flexibility in your body
- Yoga philosophy principles for daily life
- Breath awareness and simple breathwork
- Finding a sense of flow and moving with the breath
- Techniques to reduce stress and improve the quality of your life through yoga
Who is this for?
This course is designed for absolute beginners or those returning to yoga after a break. For those with more experience, this course can also be beneficial if you are looking to go back to foundations.
