5 Week Tribal Bellydance FOUNDATION Course - Wednesday evenings 7:00 - 8:00pm, at the historic Cominos House, 27 Greenslopes St, Edge Hill 4870.

In all of my classes you will be welcomed into a circle of women, a safe space to move your body in creative expression and to learn this dance language at your own pace.

Global Caravan TRIBAL Belly Dance (GCTB for short) - it’s a dance of today! An eclectic, invigorating and elegant fusion dance based on urban, folk, ritual, trance, bellydance, and modern dance. Women centric, we dance for joy and connection.

About the FOUNDATIONS course. We will focus on:

• Joy and fun first!

• Lots of verbal instruction, breaking down the moves

• Drilling - learning through repetition

• Focusing on GCTB foundation moves, basic combinations & formations

• Developing foundational mastery and confidence

With a focus on technique, my 5-week foundation course will provide you with an opportunity to really soak up all the details and immerse yourself into this dance style. This is an open level class, suitable for new, returning and experienced dancers. From a technique perspective, it is a level up from Shimmy Express, while still being a safe space to have fun and blossom at your own pace. For dancers who were ‘curious’ and now want more! More dance joy, more detail, more sparkle!

Suitable for all women, no matter what age, shape, size, or dance experience.
