50 Plus: Yoga for Seniors

Yoga for ages 50 Plus,

specifically designed for active individuals over 50, empowering you to maintain your wellbeing at the 50 Plus Centre, Brisbane City Council, City Hall.

The sessions will include modifications to help gradually explore your expression of sequences and poses. Maintaining strength, flexibility, agility and relaxation.

Please bring your own yoga or exercise mat.

Yoga bolsters and blocks are available for use during the class.

Optional BYO... for your comfort in an air-conditioned room and brightly lit room with fluorescent lighting.
