5Rhythms Dance Newtown

You're invited to join our soulful 5Rhythms dance floor.

We dance to a wave of music - through the rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. There are no steps to learn, but there is gentle facilitation and inspiring music to get you moving.

Dancing mindfully helps us turn down the volume on our thoughts and access the wisdom of our bodies.

Here's how we help the dance floor feel sacred, fun and safe:

- we don't talk on the dance floor

- we keep our phones away

- we take our shoes off

- we respect each other's distance and cues
