Dancing 5Rhythms we find our moving medicine. This week is an invitation to dance our shadows and light, and whatever arises in the moment. It's easy to feel fragmented or disillusioned in our world, in 5Rhythms dance we provide space for discovery, integration and expression of the many parts of ourselves.

5Rhythms is a profound movement map that guides us to our own wisdom, creativity and instincts. Moving through the rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness, we practice moving through the waves and circumstances of our life with creativity, authenticity and presence. There is gentle facilitation and inspiring music to support you, but ultimately this is your dance.
