MONA VALE 5RHYTHMS - Here we go LIVE and IN PERSON again ~ fortnightly for 2021 - First & third Friday of the month! (for the moment!)

Come join us one and all in this transformative embodied movement practice to find our fluidity, to express, release, connect to our heart and dissolve into essence.

No dance experience necessary, no fancy steps to l earn – just you and your unique dance and community.

Due to COVID restrictions places are limited and REGISTRATION ESSENTIAL, please follow the booking and payment details below and please note COVID Safety regulations:

Wash and sanitise hand before during and after class, keeping safe distance from others (1.5m), and please DO NOT attend if you have the slightest signs of cold or flu, visited any of the hotspots in the last 14 days or been in contact with someone with COVID or recently arrived from overseas. 5Rhythms is a dynamic movement practice that ignites creativity, connection, and community. Its a simple yet powerful practice that explores the territory between the head and the feet. As we drop into our body, listening and moving with the body's impulses, we come home to our essence.

Sue Andersen has been practicing Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms since 2008 and completed her teacher training in 2016. She is excited to share the 5R Waves map, supporting people to return again and again to their body, to explore and express their unique dance and to discover the freedom and aliveness that comes when we surrender our minds to our feet, to the dance.
