About 5Rhythms:
Moving through the rhythms of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness, we practice moving through the waves and circumstances of our life with creativity, authenticity and presence. There is gentle facilitation and inspiring music to support you, but ultimately this is your dance. 5Rhythms is a profound movement map that guides us to our own wisdom, creativity and instincts.
If you are new to 5Rhythms you are very welcome too. More info and about the practice movingpath.org
