5Rhythms SHADOWS is 5 x week series dancing the 5Rhythms Shadows Map.
Each Rhythm has a shadow side. One that can teach us about ourselves, our habits and our desires.
This workshop will explore both the light and the shade of each Rhythm, offering a new and enlightened perspective on Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms Wave.

Shadows are often hidden parts of ourselves that can be active however not obvious. Tending to them, shining the light and giving them space to reveal themselves through embodied practice can liberate our judgement and suppression of valuable parts of ourselves opening to a sense of wholeness and congruency in our lives.

Each session will include some embodiment teaching on the relevant shadow, journaling and partner or group work.

Each session will include all the Rhythms and dancing the whole Wave

Sessions are held at the lovely Shining Light Yoga Studio in Northcote
