This 6-week beginner-friendly course introduces you to the world of stand-up comedy in a relaxed and supportive environment. Each Saturday afternoon you’ll explore joke-writing, stagecraft, and confidence-building exercises designed to help you find your own comedic voice.

At the end of the course, you’ll have the option to take part in a Graduation Showcase at Newcastle Comedy Club — but there’s no pressure to perform if you’d prefer to just enjoy the workshops.
