6-Week Path to Holistic Harmony
Week 1: Breathwork/ sound therapy - Transitioning from Fight or Flight to Relaxation
Week 2: Meditation - Achieving a Relaxed Nervous System to Process Emotions and Trauma
Week 3: Creative Expression - Processing Emotions through Painting and Practicing Gratitude
Week 4: Journaling - Cultivating a Growth Mindset through Positive Self-Talk
Week 5: Elemental Movement Meditation - Harnessing the Benefits of Movement for Mental Health
Week 6: Fostering Self - Care, Self-Love and Connection to Oneself
FACT: You do not need to be creative or have previous experience with art, clay, meditation or anything that we will do in the program. No prior experience is required.
This program is suitable for someone who would like assistance with learning more about how to connect with their body, mind and spirit. It is not required that participants attend all 6 sessions however the most benefit will come if you attend all sessions.Â
What to Bring: Yourself and a bottle of water, you can bring a yoga mat or blanket for week 1 and 2
