A 6 week course for Qi Gong - Calligraphy Health Style. 1 session per week, Friday's 10am - 11am at Yandina School of Arts

For beginners or any experience level. Designed for any age

The founding principles of Calligraphy Health are Daoism, Buddhism and Confucism and the internal energy systems of Qi Gong. Daoist ideals of health, longevity and clarity of mind.

Calligraphy Health has come to be known for its power to heal from the inside out. 

The techniques of Calligraphy Health have been refined over millennia to support a healthy, happy, long life.

You will build on your own practice each week and finish with the knowledge to have your own ongoing self healing practice.
