SheSession Vessel: nurturing kidneys + bones + eros into spring

2This vessel will run online and in person.

It's a 6 week journey; we capture the last deep rest enhancing wintery mornings, attending to our kidneys and adrenal system through moving, meditating and inquiring. The kidneys are nourishing and supporting our bones, the bones produce our blood which is deeply involved in our sense of aliveness and eros.
The kidneys love to slow down, there is a sense of peace, serenity, strength that arises when we clam down the adrenal system through nourishing the kidneys.

The kidneys are active in winter and the liver is active in spring and when the kidneys and the deep Water they’re associated with in the daoist tradition have been well supported during winter, then the liver has the best possibility to support the arising of visions and creative endeavours that spontaneously like to emerge in spring.

We meet every Friday morning 7.30-9.30am from 2nd of August till 6th of September.

Our Venue is situated 10 mins outside Mullm. During each session we will:

+ meet and arrive in our bodies, feel intentions and prayers

+ hear some information about kidneys, bones, adrenals, psoas, nervous system, eros, visioning and liver from a somatic, nervous system and daoist perspective.

+ practice + meditate together in a way that embodies what I introduced to you and that will also have a repetitive part to it which will support you to establish a home-practice between our sessions

+ inquiry time in couples to contemplate some questions in regards to aliveness, stamina, desire, menopausal transition and more.

The questions will foster curiosity, receptivity and availability to life rather then evoking clear answers. For me the answer lies in living life from this more open, curious and responsive attitude.

+ connection into the circle of the group and bringing awareness to the bigger community we live in and our place in that.

+ home practices on a PDF and a Signal group for questions and sharing between sessions.

My prayer and intentions for this group experience is to bring more empowerment, deep care and self knowledge to women approaching, transitioning or already basking in menopause.
