6-Week Women’s Self-Healing Circle

Embark on a transformative journey with our 6-week Self-Healing Circle, inspired by the profound teachings of Dr Nicole LePera’s, How to Be the Love You Seek. This exclusive program is designed for women who are already on a path of personal growth and are eager to deepen their understanding and healing.

Over the course of six weeks, a group of 10 women will come together to explore the book’s wisdom in a supportive and empowering environment. Each Thursday evening, from 6:30 PM to 9 PM, we will gather for 2.5 hours of shared learning and growth. In these intimate sessions, participants will:

Delve into the book’s insights and practices
Share personal reflections and breakthroughs
Support and witness each other’s healing journeys
Create a nurturing space for collective transformation

Participants are required to purchase the book, How to Be the Love You Seek and read the introduction, Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 before the first session on October 17. It can be purchased at Kmart, Big W or online.

Participants will take it in turns to provide a vegetarian soup supper for the group.

Maximum of 10 participants, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Total exchange is $240.
