Do you want to improve your health and wellbeing, but don’t know where to start?

Join in our 6-week group program and learn from our Women’s Health Counsellor, Louanne Hardy, about topics that are vital for your holistic wellbeing. You will also connect with other women who share your journey and empower each other to live your best life. This program is for women who need foundational support and guidance to achieve their wellness goals.

Program Outline:

Session 1 (20th February): Welcome, introduction and habits
Session 2 (27th February): Nutrition and wellbeing, with guest speaker Casey Cassin from Nourishing You Nutrition and Wellness
Session 3 (5th March): Physical health and wellbeing, with guest speaker Madeleine Hart
Session 4 (12th March): Mental wellbeing — thoughts, feelings and action
Session 5 (19th March): Body and soul, with guest speaker Ersilia Tarantino from Inspiring Breaks
Session 6 (26th March): Reflection: Now and beyond

Date: Tuesday evenings from 20th February to 26th March, 2024
Time: 6pm-7:30pm Venue: Desert Blue Connect Studio, 28 Durlacher Street, Geraldton
Cost: $62 for all 6 sessions, with light refreshments provided

Strictly limited to 15 participants and due to the nature of the group it is requested that participants be able to attend most sessions. If you cannot make a session please let the facilitator know. Registration is for this group is required.
