We have selected our bowls from the depths of Nepal to create a unique experience, instantly transporting you to another time and place, bringing forth memories, emotions and a change in state of mind and mood. We are holding weekly classes within a serene and healing environment, to help you build up a regular practice into your routine for stress relief, self care and replenishing your energy. Our sessions are designed for all levels, no prior experience is necessary, experienced meditators will find a deeper meditation and transformative experience.

You are welcome to join us as a once off or regularly for our weekly classes for a progressive experience into your personal well-being.

Therapeutic sound can by-pass the mind, giving you a deep relaxation, having the power to instantly shift, move and transform our energy within. It can restore us back to our natural resonance, bring balance, harmony and inner peace. Whilst also lifting us into new perspectives and allowing us to connect deep within our true selves.

Your host Joshika Akhil has trained under masters of sound healing and renowned yogis in India and Nepal. She is an intuitive healer with many years of experience as a meditation instructor, her gifts have taken her all over the world to teach, run retreats and workshops. She focuses on self-healing techniques through harnessing your chakras and will integrate this into the session.
