Forget diet culture and sweaty, painful gyms – we immerse ourselves in pristine wilderness, hiking hills, exploring clifftops and laughing 'til it hurts. For us, health is mental, physical, social and emotional, and we use adventure challenges to bring us joy and fulfilment.
So what do we actually do? Well, we create life-changing hiking adventures for women, by women.
This might be anything from a half day hike around Sydney Harbour to an 18-day hike across Iceland. We also provide team trek training and online training and create Coastrek, Australia's most popular charity hiking event for women.
Whatever level you're at, we've got an adventure for you.
Wild Women is not just for super-fit adventure goddesses – although we have many of those in our community. We're for all women. We come in all shapes, sizes and ages, but we share a common love of wild adventures, which enriches our lives and the lives of our loved ones.
