Please note: We are not currently seeking food vendors for this event.

Every approved seller has the opportunity to be featured across our social media channels before market day.

How does it work? Simply email us:

📧 1-2 photos of what you're selling
📧 Your business or stall name
📧 A short description of your products

We'll showcase your goodies to thousands of local shoppers before the event.

Even if you're selling preloved treasures, vintage finds or clearing out the spare room, take advantage of the FREE promotion and let the community know what treasures they'll discover at your stall!

After all, you can't sell it if nobody knows you've got it. 😉

🏠 INDOOR SITES (LIMITED)

3m x 3m Site – $50

Indoor sites are limited and allocated on a first booked, first secured basis.

No "I'll book later."
No "Can you hold me a spot?"
No "My cousin's neighbour's cat said they'd pay next week."

If you want it, grab it! 😆

All indoor sellers must provide their own:
✔ Tables
✔ Chairs
✔ Racks
✔ Display Equipment

Please note: Indoor bump-in requires sellers to carry goods in or provide their own trolley.

🌳 OUTDOOR SITES

3m x 3m Site - $40

Your vehicle may remain with your stall.

Marquees are optional but highly recommended if you'd like extra shade or shelter.

⚠️ IMPORTANT SAFETY REQUIREMENT ⚠️

If you use a marquee, each leg must be weighted with a minimum of 10kg weights per leg.

No weights = No trading.

We know it's not glamorous, but neither is chasing a flying marquee across the showgrounds. 😅

This rule is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable.

📋 PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

Need cover?

Public Liability Insurance is available for:

$30 per market

❄️ WINTER TRADING HOURS ❄️

Due to reduced winter daylight and safety considerations, we've adjusted our trading hours.

Market Trading

🕗 8:00am – 12:00pm

Seller Bump-In

🚗 6:30am – 7:30am

Please do not arrive before 6:15am.

Turning up at 5:30am won't make the sun rise any faster and may result in you waiting outside until access becomes available. 😄

💜 REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully as:

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN

The only exception applies to outdoor stallholders if the organiser cancels the event due to severe weather conditions.

Any weather-related cancellation information will be included in the official bump-in communications.
